Refund policy
Because our products are made to order through a print-on-demand partner, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues — so please check size guides before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us at store@thesnarkco.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. The return address is included on your package.
We do not offer refunds on orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
